If I wanted (for example) the new Nightmare Whelp Plushie, it would more likely be around $50+ (with shipping & exchange) total instead of $25. I learned an expensive lesson, UPS sucks and Blizzard should find a better way to ship. Also having more than one shop makes it confusing if you need to ask for assistance (since they are operated separately). Need better website moderators for the shop(s). Then when I try and get a refund or help, they have zero clue what I am talking about. I bought some pets one day, and they didn't show up until 3 days later, so I bought more thinking the purchase didn't work. I figure Blizz should be well established enough by now to get better shipping. They didn't even ship it to my house, I had to go to UPS to pick it up. I would like to buy stuff from the Blizz store, but there are added duties when I went to pick the package up on top of the expensive shipping. It is to pricey, not to mention if you have to pay it in Canadian dollars.
